Every product you order at Kreativator is unique and individually designed to satisfy your need. That's what distinguishes us from other webshops, and that's why we want to make sure you are 100 % satisfied with your creation. If you don't love it, we will take it back within 30 days of receipt.

We promise 100 % satisfaction

As your package arrived, please check its content and conditions of the products. If you received other size or colour of the ordered product, different design on it or you ordered something else, of course, we will take it back. In cases of damage or defect, please send us a digital picture of the product and a clear description of the problem by email to our Customer Service and provide your Order ID. If you don't love your product or it's not what you expected, just return your product within 30 days of receipt.

You can choose from the following options:

- exchange for a new product,

- exchange for a voucher to be used to your next order,

- refund of your product cost (in case of damaged merchandise or printing).

Please contact our friendly and helpful Customer Service before you send your product back.

How to avoid returns?

1. Always check the order confirmation email

When you place your order, we send an order confirmation email with your order details. Your design appears in a PDF attachment. Please, check it and if you feel like changing the design or text, contact us as soon as possible before it goes to print. If your product is not printed yet, we can change or modify your design.

2. Calculate with some delay

We work as fast as possible, but we are only humans working with machines. Due to the nature of service we offer, different situations arise around production processes. Maybe it happens we do not manage to print your product in time because your design needs graphical editing, the product is not in stock or other technical issues slow down the printing process. If you want to be sure to get your package in time, please contact our Customer Service to get actual information about your order condition.

3. Request a sample before placing a volume order

If you want some custom tees for your team, stylish company polo shirts with your logo or just want to be convinced of the printing quality, request a sample. This sample costs the basic price. When you place your volume order, our quantity discount will be valid for all products including the sample. Finally, you receive all your products at a discount price.
