Digital printing

Digital printing or direct to garment printing is a process of printing textiles. It is a relatively new concept and works in the same way as an inkjet printer, but we use t-shirts instead of paper. What sets it apart from other printing processes we use for garments is that it can produce much higher resolution prints, making it great for replicating detailed images onto your t-shirt, not just on white clothes, but on colourful tees as well. We print on all colours of textiles in a maximum size of 35 x 40 cm.

The quality of the textiles has a direct effect on the quality of the prints. Every t-shirt will print differently. Therefore we use 100% cotton t-shirts.
One significant advantage of digital printing is the softness of the print that gives airy and loose wear. On the other hand, we don't have limitations on the number - the minimum order is just one! It is quick, cost-efficient and gives the best quality print with fast colours. Therefore it is the most frequently used printing method by us.

2. Flex & Flock printing

Even it is flex or flock printing the result is extremely durable.
Flex & Flock is a printing technique where the design is cut from a coloured foil and then pressed onto the shirt under high heat.
Flex prints are great for low in quantity and simple designs. Very resistant and perfectly covering method, using thin foil for heat transfer. Often used for printing brand logos or personal names and numbers on sport's wear.
Flock is made similarly as flex, but flock print has a velvety, fuzzy surface and is somewhat thicker than flex, which causes the design to appear slightly elevated from the apparel and results in the plush feel. Flock designs retain their vibrant colour after many washes.

3. Sublimation printing

The perfect choice for decorating presents with pictures and photos.
The process uses the science of sublimation, in which heat and pressure are applied to a solid, turning it into a gas without passing through the liquid phase.
Most commonly used for decorating coffee mugs, cell phone covers and greatly works with textiles made of polyesters, such as sport's wear, cushions and aprons.
The result of the sublimation process is a nearly permanent, high-resolution, full-colour print.
The only disadvantage of sublimation printing is that cannot use on surfaces with dark colours and textiles made of cotton.

4. Embroidery


Embroidery offers a more prestigious looking and the most durable solution. Therefore replacing an embroidered logo is often recommended on frequently washed garments, like outside workwear or kitchen wear. Also, it works with the fluffy surface of fleece or loose knitwear.
The only disadvantage of choosing embroidery is that it is often a little more expensive than other printing methods because it is not charged per colour but on the number of stitches in your design. The size of your design and the number of infill stitches are the determining factors when it comes to how much your design will cost.
There is no limitation on the number of colours in the logo, but it is not possible making colour transfer.

5. Screen printing

Screen printing is an excellent process for a larger order of printed t-shirts because of the method of preparing screens. When screen printing, one colour at a time is applied, and therefore the cost will increase with each additional colour applied. For each separate colour an extra screen is required, so a design with three colours in it will need three screens. It can make screen printing in many colours uneconomical if only a small run of clothing is required and digital print might be a cheaper option.
Screen-printed t-shirts wash well and can maintain the print quality. The only disadvantage of screen printing is that not cost-efficient in the case of smaller orders.

6. Pad printing

Pad printing or tampography is a printing process that used for labelling a variety of surfaces, such as flat, cylindrical or spherical. Pad printing used for otherwise challenging to print on products in many industries including medical, promotional and electronic objects, as well as sports equipment and toys made of different material such as plastic, glass, iron or even wood. Typically we use it for labelling pens, lighters and other promotional products.
During the process, a cliché used for each colour and the unique properties of the silicone pad enable it to pick the image up from a flat plane and transfer it to a variety of surfaces. Pad printing got its name from this silicone pad.
Pad printing is quick, cost-efficient and ideal for achieving high quality, small prints.

7. UV printing

UV printing

UV printing process is great for an extensive variety of items and allows you to print crisp text and vibrant, full-colour images using UV inks on wood, stainless steel, ceramic tiles, plastics, glass, aluminium and more. The high-quality result is very flexible and won't crack or flake off. Therefore we use UV printing labelling notebooks, cell phone covers, pens and more.

8. Laser engraving

Laser engraving is a unique imprint technique when we use the laser to remove material, and your design will be cut away or burnt out from your gift with visible depth and texture. Laser engraving is a universal technique for many materials such as metal, wood, glass, textiles, paper and much more.

Advantages of laser engraving:

Maximum precision: the laser technology makes it possible to implement the most delicate details and complicated motives.

Secure: due to non-contact material processing, the products cannot damage.

Permanent result: laser engraving makes a very resistant result, your design will not fade and washable.

The only disadvantage: laser engraving cannot be used to implement colourful patterns. more.
